I bought ticket and booked my flight for holidays to Kenya in April. Everything was paid and I was supposed to fly on 23 July from Düsseldorf through Amsterdam with my son. As we arrived in Düsseldorf airport on 23rd July as we were checking in, we were told we are not in the list. I tried to reach flugladen, it was not possible. I tried to reach travix, it was not possible also. I called Kenya airways UK, I gave them my booking number and ticket number, and they are the one who told me that my booking was cancelled on 30 May of which I was not informed of anything. According to me as I was looking my booking online by flugladen, it was showing me the flight was still scheduled on 23 July. Then the lady for Kenya airways told me I can fly the next day through Paris which we went back home only to get a new ticket through Paris. In Paris we stayed there 15 hrs for the next flight to Nairobi. Why was my ticket cancelled and noone informed me? I have been buying tickets from flugladen but this was so annoying and poor service for flugladen.
